I soaked this in cool water as instructed and was supposed to leave it for 30 minutes, no more. I forgot to take it out in time and 2 hours later fished it out of tepid water. It was cool to the touch but not the icy cold I needed. It's my fault for leaving it in the water too long, but really... you would think it could retain some kind of coolness. It took forever for the crystals to get back to it's regular shape -about 3 weeks to dry up again. The length is okay and the width of the tubing is rather small but fit around my neck. I think it's better suited for a child -like in the picture. Would I buy this again? Probably not.Save 60% Off
