3M Micropore 1" Paper Surgical Tape with Dispenser (by the Roll) Item 1535-1

I've got all kinds of tapes for applying gauze pads, but when you are looking after elderly patients who have lost their collagen layers and have paper thin fragile skin it is necessary to use paper tape. I discovered this tape while tending to my father's numerous leg sores that were a result of edema. Now I use when it when tending to the scrapes and cuts my mother sometimes gets working in the garden. It also seems to work well for myself, since I seem to have developed contact dermatitis--an allergic reaction to the adhesive in some surgical tapes.

Holds well on a clean surface, great for taping down the edge of KT tape. Dispenser is also a nice touch.

This paper tape is far superior to other paper tape we have tried. It sticks very well but is easy to remove and does not damage the skin even after repeated use over a long period of time. Highly recommended.

OK it works not real well until some time goes by

then it works pretty good

you might want to use scirross for a while till it gets seasoned

it cost about $5.00 and is real cheaply made

but helps a lot

Gee guys think u could make a better one like the scott tape we use at home
