Don't believe I'll be ordering anymore since I'm on my second bottle and haven't found this product to provide any more or better benefits than the glucosamine I was taking. Less even.....maybe??

I have been taking this for years, first when I could only buy it from Europe. I have osteoporosis in both knees and will need knee replacement surgery at some point. I was unable to sleep at night because of the pain. I tried everything from ice packs to other supplements. Nothing took the pain away until a friend talked me into ordering ROSA CANINA the ingredient in I-Flex. That was 3 years ago and I have been able to delay the knee replacements by taking I-Flex and swimming 3 times a week. I very seldom have any pain. If I run out for a couple of weeks the pain returns again until I begin using it again. I will add that I have given this to multiple family and friends. It works well for some and not so well for others. You'll just need to try it to see if it works in your situation. In the beginning I started with a bigger dose but now only need the recommend 3 pills a day.

Since taking this product, my wife has noticed a very distinct decrease in joint pain, however an interesting side effect is her blood pressure has been better than it has for a long time and her blood glucose level has stayed practically perfect. Highly recommend it.
