I have struggled with adult acne for years and have spent hundreds of dollars between dermatologists, treatments and washes. It took a huge toll on my confidence. My sister suggested trying Apple cider vinegar. I was very skeptical but more importantly desperate to find anything that might work. Within one week I noticed a huge difference. I have been taking them religiously now for 5 months and have not even had a breakout. I also suggested it to a friend who has constantly been on and off acutane and other medications for his acne. he has been taking for about 3 weeks now and has noticeably clearer skin as well. I am very excited for him and would recommend this for anyone who has suffered from acne. There is no research to prove this helps but for the price it is definitely worth a shot. I would recommend taking with food as it can make your tummy hurt on an empty stomach. and please do your research to make sure these will not mess with any other medications you may be using. I can't say much about them I havn't seen any changes in my metabolism but I have noticed they are super strong smelling and as soon as i opened the package the pungent odor wafted into my face! Take them with water and don't breathe through your nose!! lol
