got what i ordered. It is a pad with gel on it that aids in burns (hence the name!). decent size. it is going in my bug out bag to be prepared. i am in charge of the medical supplies and decided to add this to my bag. doesn't take up space and it is always great to be prepared for anything!
My husband received a large third degree burn on his arm and we were at least four days away from medical help (we were making a passage across the South Pacific). This dressing was a life saver in many ways. It provided relief but as we found out later, by using this product, it protected him from serious infection and complication.
