My N.P. advised me to try this. Not only did I have insomnia, but after traveling for decades I simply could not handle my usual 2-3 hour time zone change. My clock off drastically. First I tried Tryptophan to no avail, then I was advised to take one of these at bed time. No more waking up after just four hours of sleep! No hangover. Pure, economical, and effective. It's all this gal can ask for.

Yes it works well for me. Note that we have to take it at about 10pm. Do not wait until midnight.

One concern is about the possibility of addiction. Anybody knows about this?

This works fast and is really good. I took it the first night I got it and went to sleep fast and I dreamed. And that never happens any more. I have parkinson's so anything that can help me sleep and stay asleep and dream is a real winner. My husband has insomnia and he took it and slept and didn't have to get up in the night at all. And that very seldom happens. All of this in just the first night! If it doesn't keep working I'll update this review. But, I sure hope I don't have to do that. We both think it was worth the price and we will buy it again, if it keeps working. Right now we are just as happy as can be. We have tried all of the other melatonin's in all different brands and none of them worked like this does. It works fast.

I just placed another order for this product! It is still working! I would recommend it to any one that has trouble sleeping.
