I used this product for a blister forming on the sole of my foot. It instantly cooled the burning feeling. Altho I had to use several bandaids to get it to stay on (it doesn't have adhesive) it not only soothed the pain and allowed me to continue walking, but also made the blister (which was going to be a bad one) from forming entirely.
