I went to Amish counry (Lancaster on atrip after walking and viewing Gettysburg. At the restaurant the lady sold me this item. The relief was terrific. When i came home and wet to therapy for my knee. I asked the therapists to use it and I ordered MORE FROM AMAZON. It helped me. It helped another lady. Whwn you need it it goes on cold and after two hours the joint feels warmth. As you feel better you don't have the cold /heat sensation but just relief. To me it is just marvelous. I have osteoporosis in my knees.
