The bad news is that these were near their "expiration" date. The good news is that they shouldn't really expire so long as the packaging is intact. These don't have fancy, double sliding-pads to cover both entry and exit wound, but they could nonetheless help save you (along with clotting gauze) from bleeding out all over the parking lot before an ambulance arrives. I'm satisfied for the price.
