When I ordered this cuff, I wasn't expecting much at this price, but I was pleasantly surprised. The cuff I received was nylon, with sturdy tubing and proper calibration. It should be noted, if you're the type to care, that the tubing comes in a red-orange color. Doesn't affect the measurements, though, so you should be fine. =)
