They fit my smaller hands very snugly. The thickness is a perfect medium. I rarely rip them and don't worry about that possibility when I have them on. The gloves appeared to be of decent quality. The problem is that they were made in 2008. I do not know why Amazon would sell rubber gloves that are 5 years old but they were worthless due to their age. I couldn't even put them on without splitting them. Amazon paid for the return.
