I bought this tape to wrap my daughter's sprained ankle. She wears it during gymnastics practice but it doesn't stick to itself very well. I still need to use another athletic tape to wrap the end to make sure it doesn't get undone. It's great that it's latex free and she likes that the tape is stretchable but it's not very self-adherent.
It's Latex free..which is great..but not long enough for me..I gave them to a friend who is in health care..Next time..will make sure of the length..But still great item..
