I had surgery and needed to exercise but I could not get down to the floor and the bed was too soft. I use this type of table at therapy. Doing my exercise at home is important. I decided to invest in this table and I am happy to report I made the right choice. I assembled the table myself (I am old) and it was EASY! The quality of the table is excellent. It is very stable and I was able to do all of my exercise with no problem. Sometimes it is worth the money to invest in your health. And who knows, since they call it an exam table maybe if I ever meet a man I can play Doctor!
