We love this stuff. It makes the redness on the bottom go away in a matter of hours, and it is all natural. We used it at the daycare and our son's teacher was so impressed she asked where she could get some for her daughter. I know it is expensive, but you don't need very much of it at all and, for us, it is worth it to avoid the red bottom. Our son has very sensitive skin he can't use any commercial wipes we only clean his bottom with water and the Angel Baby soap because it gets so red otherwise and this doesn't irritate him at all. We also use it on cuts and scrapes, and a rash my husband had on his hand. Soothing and gentle. Highly recommend.

We were going through some major rash issues with my son once we moved and had a front load wash machine (it doesn't get the diapers wet like a top loader) I thought we would have to stop using cloth, then I heard this was safe for cloth. I got some and we haven't had a problem with diaper rash since, I highly suggest it for anyone cloth diapering.

We have used every type of cream, spray and salve available-but this is the only one that truly works! I LOVE it and can't recommend it enough!
