Nicely constructed item but it doesn't work as expected. Compression stockings do not fit properly and setting up for inserting ones foot just cannot happen. I called the company and they refuse to accept a return stating that I must contact the shipper. I cannot find that information so it appears that I may be stuck with a bad product.
