I had a bad experience with Jellyfish Squish and an international lifeguard recommended this product to me. I also read about this stuff on the deeper blue forums (forums.deeperblue.com/beach-bar/97568-jellyfish-sting-treatments.html). This is the only product designed specifically for Portuguese Man-of-War stings and I wanted to be prepared for both them and jellyfish so I also picked up a bottle of Sting Away Jellyfish Sting Treatment.
