I bought this to try on runner's knee. Used it twice, thinking maybe I did something wrong the first time, but I didn't. It's not sticky enough to support a knee when running. Not only did it NOT support runner's knee it came off 1/2 way thru a 6 mile run...under runner pants.

i ordered this product about a week ago because i have a multitude of injuries. after researching the anatomy of my problem areas and watching videos, i used it. put it on my hip at about 10AM, went through class, work, rugby practice, and then a shower. only rolled a little bit on the ends when i put on my jeans in the morning a bit too rough. i am thoroughly impressed with this product. i believe if it is applied correctly it will last the full length the company advertises it to.
