I got this to carry my stethoscope in. All I wanted was a compact case something simple. This fits the bill but is a little too simple: I was hoping for maybe a little padding (wasn't expecting anything thick, but something thicker than the material it actually is). Overall, it does the job of toting around my stethoscope, but it's not a good protective case.
