These work great on my daughter's palms. She's a gymnast and "rips" the palms of her hands on bars. Putting these bandages on her rips usually heals them in around two days. That's great during competition season.

After changing his every day and ripping it off, it was painful and horrible. We went to the dermatologist who used this instead, it covered and protected his wound, and yet could breathe. Meaning, we put the antibiotic ointment on top of this duoDerm. It healed so very quickly and was less painful for him and us to change the bandages. It's amazing stuff, I imagine would be good for burns too. Highy recommended, and it even extracts itself as the wound heals.
