Comfortable for my neck problems. Too much filling when I received it so removed some and it was perfect. But soon I needed to readd more filling. Purchased another one as a backup and know I can purchase more filling as it packs down.
My doctor told me not to use any pillow at all or just a thin butterfly pillow for side sleeping. I ordered this pillow, put my head on it once (in its plastic bag), then boxed it up and sent it back. It was way too thick and thoroughly uncomfortable. It might have been because of my particular neck problems but I couldn't use it at all.
