We use this tape for our hands during powerlifting and olympic weightlifting at the gym to prevent tearing. The tape is great because it's very easy to tear by hand on the fly and it comes off easily without leaving a sticky residue. We go through a LOT of this product and remain pleased with it.

Stays on strong. Easy to start peeling the tape and slightly hard to tear through. This also could be the reason why it seems to stick and hold better than what the urgent care stuck on me.

Personally, I have a lot of calluses from weight lifting, and this stuff comes in very handy with covering up ripped/torn calluses. Also good for wrapping wrists.
