The product itself is excellent. The reason I gave it only 4 stars, is the quality of the tube itself. It becomes extremely difficult to release the ointment when it gets near depletion. It turns into a hard substance that penetrates your fingers as you squeeze, to no avail.This is a situation where it is impossible to begin squeezing the tube at the bottom & attempting to move upwards to release additional product. It cannot be done.
