This product not only kill MRSA & Staph, but continues to kill it for a 24hr period. On top of that it is totally safe for use around children and pets.

Very expensive, so I use sparingly. However it seems to kill any algae, fungus, bacteria colonies that I can see i.e. the colors change from black, yellow, etc. to colorless with one or two applications.After a couple of years of using the product, I still find it to be very effective.

I like that the product is confirmed green. I assume it is working. It does leave a sticky residue that is also visible if you leave it on for too long and especially if you don't wipe it off (the instructions say you can leave on). I did make the mistake of using it on my kitchen pergo floor (the instructions states you can use it on flooring). I left it on to dry, the floor got sticky and I've repeatedly washed the floor with my other green products and still can't get it completely off. The rep said it is because it has citris in the ingredients which makes sense. I recommend if using it on flooring, perhaps only in a tiled bathroom and again, don't leave it on to dry.

this Stuff is great, no smell but 100% killing of germs. A lot better on the nose that Bleach and works best with the towels that advertise.

This is a known effective disinfectant for stomach virus. The instructions say that you can leave this on and it will dry. When it dries, it leaves a sticky film. We have to wipe after spraying; I'm not sure that's as effective.
