I would not have bought this if I had known that these where made in china, so I got some made in USA, "Kendall", they are the brand that is used in hospitals for just about $2 more, here on amazon.

Besides made in china, they are on the thin side, I think 4 ply.

The boxes sent to me have a different picture on the front although the UPC codes are the same. The ones pictured above are thicker than the ones I received. I specifically wanted the ones shown above but will try to make due with the ones I've been given and will try another brand next time or order from some other place.

Again I am surprised by the thickness of these gauze pads. I was used to seeing and using the flimsy gauze pads that looked almost transparent. But these were great. I recommend them. Great addition to any emergency kit.

These pads are soft and very absorbent. Found them to work quite well and are good to have on hand in case of emergencies.

3M Micropore Surgical Tape

I bought this tape because I kept getting rashes left on my skin from all the other tapes I used. This tape has been great it doesn't cause rashes on my skin, it has the right amount of stickiness, not too much and not to little. It's easy to peel off and tear, no scissors are needed with this tape. If you are looking for a tape that is effective but yet gentle on the skin, buy this.

As far as wound care goes, this tape is mediocre at best. The tiniest amount of sweat or moisture on the skin causes it to peel right off, rendering it fairly useless for holding a dressing in place.

The one area where this tape really shines, however, is in binding orchestral sheet music parts. The 1" Micropore tape is absolutely the best solution I've found for taping orchestral music parts together. It sticks just enough to hold the pages together perfectly, yet not so much that it can't be repositioned without destroying your parts. It's extremely thin, easy to tear to length, folds perfectly, and doesn't stretch at all. It's about as sticky as masking tape, but much thinner and much stronger.

I'm constantly being complimented on how my parts are bound, and it has everything to do with this tape!

My husband had cataract surgery recently and was so impressed with the adhesive quality of this tape he decided he wanted some. Not sure what we will do with 12 rolls but some reviewers did have some novel ways to use it. It is amazing. He was able to use the same piece of tape for 5 days.

This is the second time I have purchased this tape and I was not disappointed. It is a 3M product so it's not some generic flimsy brand. It sticks and then some. I have to use it for bandaging my legs with big pads and it hold them on just fine. I have sensitive skin and so I can only use this paper tape. Much less expensive than any of the local grocery or drug stores.

I have allergies to adhesive... not latex, adhesive. I get a very horrible rash and I cannot use bandaids. This is the first tape I was able to have on my skin for more than 5 days before I started to see a reaction. I had stitches in my side that I had to keep covered. I needed to have something with adhesive to use. The doctor gave me this tape and I had to buy a whole pack of it. I did eventually get a reaction, BUT it was not instant, and the fact that I can use it is amazing!!!

I purchased this set for a rotation I doing in PM&R. The Babinski hammer fell apart the very first day and the other items have progressively fell apart over the last month. I wish I would have just bought the pin wheel because it is the only item that is still intact.

3 out of the four, three were damaged The buck hammer had rusted parts and the screws don't turn, one of the rubber heads was also loose, the Babinski hammer head won't fit as the screw don't go in and the taylor hammer rubber was warped and loose!!! all in all it was a shoddy set......Better to pay more and get a better quality set!! :(

Needed the pinwheel, so I purchased this set. The double headed hammer is a little small, but all are more than adequate.

This set has awesome tools in it. The babinski hammer is the easiest reflex hammer I have ever used. the pinwheel has a learning curve to get light touch, but it is great once you have it.

This butt can is very heavy duty and of high quality. I purchased these to replace but cans with plastic necks. These should last for years without ever having a melt down. Good product at a fair price.

I've used Sayman Salve when bandaging a cut for years. It helps keep the wound from drying out so it doesn't crack, soothes some of the pain and helps protect it from infection. It doesn't take a lot, just a dab on the wound before applying the bandage. Mom always used it and my own 20+ year old glass 2oz jar still has a usable amount in it.

My mother used this on me and introduced me to it when I was about 5-years old. I'm now 62 and am pleased to know that it is still available, although it is a little different now. The old Sayman Salve came in 4-oz glass jars, was made in Savannah, GA, and it had camphor in it along with the zinc oxide.
