I have dehydrated skin. At first I thought this lotion was doing a good job, but as I kept using I noticed it made my skin extremely oily, and my skin erupted in whiteheads and little pimples everywhere. I didn't realize it was the lotion until I accidentally skipped a day of application, and I noticed a great improvement in my skin. I guess I'll stick to drugstore products for now.However, my friend had a really bad case of eczema and this lotion helped her tremendously. So while it didn't work for my skin type, perhaps you should still give this a try.
