I use this brief, first aid kit on my walks. It fits snuggly into my fanny pack and is lightweight. There isn't a whole lot in the kit but you get band aids and some insect swabs and other rudimentary items. It is fine for what it is and a larger, more comprehensive kit can be purchased for home use. I found this product to be a little greasy just laying on my skin. Maybe if you were VERY dry and needed extreme moisture it would work but it is too greasy for me. The fact that it is a petroleum product does not make me comfortable.
