A friend recommended this cream to me for my aching muscles and stiffness in my arthritic knees. It really works. Every night I use this cream on my knees. When I get up in the morning, my knees don't ache and my knees are not as stiff. I can get out of bed and move. Great stuff! I also gave my sister a tube for her aching muscles and knees. She loves this cream too! Highly recommend it to all who have aching knees, joints or aching muscles.
