It shipped very fast. Although I have not tried it, as it is part of my hunting / home emergency kit, I have used similiar products and feel confident in this product. No one can really evaluate the product until used and that, unfortunately means some sort of emergency. So for this traust will prevail. The external box does not have any expiration date but I maked it for a two year look and see. (I'd rather not break the box seal until I would need it. The less handled the better)
