This product is the best of all the "paper" tape varieties I've tried. The others have minimal stick to them. Also, this 3M micropore tape is very comfortable. If you use it directly on the skin, it moves with your skin, no stretching or binding. It holds securely even when wet. Your skin can breath, so no itching or sweating under the tape. It's just the Best!
