Cramer E4 Dorsal Night Splint

Cramer E4 Dorsal Night Splint, SmallIt has been a while (6 weeks ?) since I got the dorsal splint. At first, it gave relief in the morning, but there were still painful periods throughout the day. Now, it has been 2 weeks since I've had a painful period. I'm religious on using it, because the relief is so welcomed. I use old socks with ankles and toes cut away to give me foot breathing room at night, yet keeps the splint fresher.

This is Okay. I cannot comment too much further because I have not tried other products yet. I can say it is comfortable and I do not have a problem sleeping at night. That is the main reason I purchased this product, was based on comfort. I imagine a lot of the other products being uncomfortable.

The splint does not hold my foot at a good 90 degree angle. It could be better at hold my foot closer to a 90 degrees. My foot does not hurt "as much" in the morning after wearing this.

fits, works, much better then surgery. The velcro likes to come unglued if you're not careful taking it off, but that aside, a good product.

I am a female with a size 7 foot the smallest size was hard to get small enough. I liked it that this splint breathed my foot didn't get hot and basically was comfortable to wear, move around in and even hobble to the bathroom in. The biggest downsides are that I could never get it tight enough so that my foot didn't remain in a dorsi-flex well enough and that after about 6 months, the velcro settings began to wear out I now can't even wear it for an hour because the velcro comes undone and the splint is basically just hanging on my leg I can no longer use it.

This product is low-profile and helpful. What's helped the most for my PF has been buying shoes with either the MBT technology or something like the Skecher shape-up. As soon as I put that type of shoe on and began to walk I felt better. I've had them now for 3 weeks and walking does not make things worse. I wish I knew 10months ago and saved pain and money. You will not go wrong. If they don't work, return them, but it's worth a try!
