Blister Medic was really useful while in Big Bear hiking above Fawnskin. Unfortunately our hot spots turned to blisters so I was thankful we had the kit with us. Our scissors were blunt so fortunately the moleskins were already cut to shapes specifically to certain sizes. The Glacier Gel soothed the hot spot quickly, which then helped us to take care of business and get on our way to hike. I liked that the kit was so compact and I could stuff it in my top pocket of my jacket.I will definitely need to purchase another pack soon as the hikes become more common in the cooler months.
I got this for my husband who was attempting a hike on the Batona Trail in New Jersey. He is constantly battling blisters because he has flat and apparently awkward feet (Hopefully he won't read this :-P). Has quite the assortment, although I would have like for it to have more of the gel pads. Those were most useful although I couldn't see them staying on for 2-3 days as they say that they can.
