I have been drinking ionic silver consistently for over 5 years now. I can't remember the last time I was sick or the last time I went to the doctor. I now drink Silverwater daily. Usually a bottle a day but if I feel something coming on I have increased it to 3 or 4 in a day for a few days in a row. This always works for me & I never end up with any sickness.
