Tastes HORRIBLE. Comparable to dry wall, in taste and dryness. But if you got a bottle of water it makes it easier to choke down. Can't beat the nutritional content though. product arrived promptly. It was freshly manufactured and was not seconds. master box was in pretty poor shape considering the recent manufacture. but I didn't buy it for the box anyways
