upon visual inspection it seemed to be of decent quality, but the light did not work. I wanted a replacement but I was going to have to ship it back at my expense. Not happy and very disappointed with the item as wellas the seller.

Extremely loud when it rotates, you can hear it through a closed door. For money thought product would be better. Wish I had bought something else.
