I would have given it 4 1/2 stars, but that's not an option. I read all the reviews before going with this one, and I would agree with all the good things that have been said about it it looks like it will be very useful, and fun, and I really like the sturdy case. The only thing no one said anything about is that it is sort of hard to open, and when I did open it, it scratched my arm sort of ironic :-) Plus it jostled everything so much in the process of opening that it shook up all the contents and made a mess. Maybe this is a case of the operator needing to be smarter than the inanimate object, so perhaps I will master opening this bag the more I use it.Read Best Reviews of medibag 117 Piece Kid Friendly First Aid Kit for the Whole Family Here
For the price, this kit is awesome, but you get what you pay for...All of the packaging for the supplies looks the same. So in a hurry, you might grab antibacterial ointment instead of burn cream. The packets are small and hard to open. The supplies are relevant and my kid doesn't freak out when he sees it though.Want medibag 117 Piece Kid Friendly First Aid Kit for the Whole Family Discount?
Yes, you can put together a much better med kit yourself. For something for the back of a car this is decent, mostly bandaids and cheaper first aid style stuff, not much "real" or substantial stuff. If you go on their website you can get 2 refills for 3.50 (shipping) if you use the code "free" at checkout that are 45 pieces (35 of it is bandaids). You might just do that instead, and get your own burn cream and Neosporin here on amazon for much cheaper overall.
