This is a great compact first aid kit containing a wide variety of items. It also contains a smart tab ezrefill card,
great for restocking with exact replacement items or as a guide to choose your own favorite brands or quality of items.
Overall a great kit I would give to family or friends, the first aid bandaids are more for boo boos, but for the money it's great!!
Pros: compact kit 8" H x 5" W x 3" D
dual zippers
contains both a basic first aid & basic survival/emergency kit
red cross guide to building your own kit
cons: when I think of an emergency I would like a better selection of band aids,
more butterfly bandages
blood clot pack
burn creamsThese kits are a great value. You'd be hard pressed to make two of your own emergency preparedness/first aid kits for less money.
We bought these to put in our vehicles, but they'd be perfect to throw in your back pack for a hike too. They're compact enough to fit in your glove box, but still have enough room to add a few additional items. We added an eGear PICO light and Little Hotties hand warmers to each kit and still have room to add more. I still plan on adding some burn jel packs and other odds and ends.
For anyone wondering exactly whats included in this kit (as the Amazon product description is somewhat lacking):

Reference
1 American Red Cross First Aid Guide
1 Emergency Preparedness Reference GuideI bought this 2-pack of first aid kits to keep in my car and the wife's minivan. The kits are affordable and have the basic stuff you'd need on the road if you encountered a small emergency. The kits were affordable, shipped promptly (as always w/ prime shipping) and are compact and thus fit in the car's glovebox without taking up too much space. All in all, a great buy...Good for the price, basic stuff inside a small pouch perfect for glove box of car or to keep in the toolbox.I bought one for me and my wife. When we travel we take one with us for safety reason. o
