I was looking for a tape that could stay in place for up to 5 days( through showering ect.) , after trying a tape called KT tape at Big 5 outlet that was throwing money away. So I searched online before an upcoming 2 day class on kinesio taping so I could get a jump start. After taking the class I can now rate the the Cramer F Sports Motion tape as as effective as any I have found to date.Save 3% Off
