I live with several cats (can you say crazy cat lady?). Two of my rescue cats have FIV and one of them, possibly because of his compromised immune system, has the constant problem of a recurring sore or wound on the top of one of his front paws. He has been living with me for several months and I have not been able to get the wound to completely heal. It will scab over and dry up a bit but will not go away and eventually it will open up and start bleeding again. He has been to the vet about it, I've washed it out with peroxide, applied Neosporin, used colloidal silver pretty much everything. I found out about this ointment by accident when I was doing an internet search for something else. I read the existing testimonials, was a bit skeptical, but decided to try it anyway. The ointment is quite thick and a little goes a long way I have been putting it on his foot for the past two days. This morning I went to put it on the wound again and I actually had trouble finding it! It is almost completely gone no hard, heavy scab, no bleeding, nothing. I finally found the site of the wound under the fur and applied the ointment one more time but this may be the last application. I am incredibly pleased and I highly recommend the product.
