So I bought this to keep in the glove box of my car; what you see is what you get, rather basic and cheap. I have a full first aid trauma kit that I take when I go on outings (hiking, camping, climbing, et cetera) but wanted something (cheap) to keep in my car just in case. If you purchase this I recommend you purchase a box of quality (assorted) band-aids (knock offs are usually sub par) to replace the ones in the kit because, to be frank, they are crap. Other than the cheaper quality pieces the kit is great and covers a wide variety of possible injuries (even includes gloves which are very handy when blood is involved) at a very low cost. The case itself is great, it's a semi-hard case (so it has a permanent shape but is not a plastic) and is built to be tossed around and take a beating with ease. It also is a good color (red) and stands out which is always a plus in emergency situations. All in all it is a great basic kit that will be perfect if you just want something to toss in your car, boat, rv, sending along with your child to college (kids do stupid things and they should be able to treat minor injuries with the absence of parental supervision) or anything else and not have to think about until you need it.
Just be sure to restock it as you use up the items in it!
The kit was great. It had enough of everything to be really universal. My only complaint is the clip for the belt loop, they do not stay on the zipper very well.
Outside of that it was what we needed.
