We were very disappointed in the floor tape dispenser we received. The box came all banged up. There were no assembly instructions albiet wasn't too difficult to figure out. No operating instructions for tape sizing adjustments. I would never purchase an item from this company again. $106 dollars or so is not worth the hassle of trying to return the item. From now on I will be cautious anytime I'm buying something tru Amazon and its advertisers.

This floor tape applicator does the job that it is supposed to do. When it arrived, it seemed dirty (as if it had been sitting in a warehouse for YEARS), and the handle was a bit askew. Also, you'll need to go over the tape with a cloth or something after the application to be sure the tape takes. We found that the weight of the applicator is not enough to completely seal the tape to the floor.
