Can't find this in any local stores any more! Why? It's all cortisone all the time. I know, the active ingredient is the same, but, it must have something to do with the other ingredients because this stuff works, and for me, the other brand most definitely does not. Yeah amazon!

This stuff really stops the itch. I've used it on bug bites and rashes for years. My only complaint is that the older formula was better -it had the same hydocortisone but with more glycerin. The old stuff absorbed easier. This newer stuff has more vasalene so it stays on your skin longer. That might be a plus for some people, but not me. Also, the old formula was thick so you didn't use so much by accident. This is only a 1oz tube so you'll go through it pretty fast. I found Cortaid to be mush better at stopping itch than Cortizone 10.
