I use the HP Dressings to cover thin film medication patches. They adhere very tightly to the skin, keep the patches in place, and completely waterproof them for showers, swimming, etc. I also cut these HP dressings into quarters for smaller applications and find they are just as effective. And when I say they adhere tightly, that means when you pull them off, it really stings so be prepared for that. Stripping them off after a hot shower is somewhat easier.
