They're not top quality, but, for the price, they function well. I recommend them for casual use. The handle is comfortable.
I got tired of searching for scissors around the house, plus I needed a pair I could use in the garage. I found these here on amazon they were really inexpensive so I bought a couple pair. Now I don't know if you can cut a penny with these, but, you can cut 1/4" thick leather, 14awg wire, and coupons and they still hold their edge.
