Great for kids and adults alike. I like that it is flexible so it is easy to use on a finger, hand,knee or elbow. It also keeps my husband from using my frozen peas as an ice pack. Perfect to have on hand.

I purchased this for my son after he saw the spongebob cold pack at my mothers house, he goes to the freezer and pulls this out whenever he gets hurt. It does stay cold for a while, although I haven't timed it.
