There was a mix up with my order but it was taken care of in 1 week . The person that took care of my order went over and beyond what I normally expect out of a company . The product itself is helping me stop smoking . I really want to stop so that in itself is a bonus . I have been smoke free for 1 month , and I can honestly say that the Nicotine craving aren't bad , I suggest chewing gum to make it through until your next lozenge when you first start up because you will be dealing with a lot such as occupying your hands and it kind of distracted me from thinking about smoking .
