Product received promptly and intact, I believe in the properties of charcoal for many purposes including acid reflux and sour stomach not to mention as a poultice for external use. I have found the capsule to be the easiest and least messy way to use charcoal.

I bought this product to use as a natural teeth whitener, and it does a wonderful job. After only 3 times, my teeth are visibly whiter and cleaner. Love it!

The capsules are a little hard to open, but I guess that's a good thing for a product intended to be taken as a supplement. To use it to whiten, just open the capsule into a small bowl and use a little bit on your teeth, either dry or mixed with a little water -activated charcoal draws tannins (the thing in tea, coffee and food that stains teeth) and binds with them so when you rinse you're rinsing away tooth stains too. Don't scrub too hard though, as there's a chance it could scratch the enamel on your teeth.
