I purchased size X-LG. for my husband who has been using them around our wood stove. He has very large hands almost like a professional football player and they seem to be working well for him. We recommend this product as it seems durable. No complaints.Update 6/13/13: My husband is very happy with these gloves and wears them for lugging wood as well as poking the stove. Highly recommend these.
