Silverwater-ionic silver is a good product for what it's worth. the ionic silver is said to be much better for you than silver sol. But I was not so sure on witch one to buy.And Some web sites say sol is better than ionic an others say ionic is much better than sol. So I bout both of them and I decided to stick with ionic silver. Why because when I take silver soul the back of my tongue gets all bumpy making it hard for me to swallow my food. Beside silver ions penetrates your ever cell killing viruses inside the cell wall unlike silver sol.After getting that bit of info I've decide to just take Silverwater.Both sol & ionic has a metalic taste.I've been taking silverwater around the cold and flu seasons and it never hurt to take some every now an then. When I feel a a cold coming on I take a cap full an it dose the trix.Well It's cheaper than the silver sol so I'll just stick with this for now on.
