The only tape I've ever used that is gentle, yet the adhesive can hold up even while I work, is this Nexcare tape. I randomly get a nick or cut at work. I wrap this up, work for hours, and the glue doesn't come undone. At the same time, it's gentle, not to irritate the wound or my sensitive skin.
