The H Bandage is a great product for serious wounds. It is easy to use, and is very effective in controlling bleeding. It can be a regular wound dreesing and bandage and easily converted to a pressure bandage, and loosened again if needed. I used it in Afghanistan with great success.

added this to my trauma kit, very glad i have it now. instructions are picture step by step, easy to follow, i reccomedn getting formal training with the product anyways but you won't regret buying this
